PET INFORMATION
Atlantic Marine Corps Communities (AMCC) at Tri-Command allows a maximum of two domestic pets (Cat or Dog) and no security deposits. Written approval must be obtained from the Atlantic Marine Corps Communities (AMCC) at Tri-Command Management Office prior to moving a pet into the home. The pet must be kept inside the home or within the Resident’s fenced and gated back yard, if Residents have a back yard; except when on a leash and accompanied by and under the Resident’s control. Pets are not to be tied or staked outside the home. Kennels with chain link fence are allowed in some areas, but dog houses are only permitted within enclosed yards. Both must be removed when Residents vacate the home. All Residents with a pet must sign the Pet Addendum and abide by all conditions listed with in the Addendum. Residents are responsible for any damages created by the pet to the home or yard, and must have all damages repaired prior to vacating the home, or charged repair fees for the damages. All pet owners must document their pet’s vaccination through the Parris Island Veterinary Clinic (Tel: 228-3317) and pet rabies records must be updated and all pets must have a microchip. |
