The Government-wide Commercial Purchase (GCPC) is primarily used for micro-purchases valued at $3,000 or less for supplies, $2,500 or less for services, and $2,000 or less for construction. All authorized limits will be identified on the cardholder’s Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA) letter.
