Instructions for requesting the Parris Island Marine Band

2. Click on "Sponsor Responsibilies"
3. After reading click "Asset Request Form"
4. After completing form, please send a confirmation via e-mail to the Bandmaster, Master Sergeant William Call at william.call@usmc.mil, or via phone at (843) 228-2015.

1. The request routing process takes a few days from the day we receive the request, so be patient and the Bandmaster may or may not contact you, depending on whether or not there are any questions.
2. Keep in mind that we schedule commitments on a 90 day outlook, so it is best to submit your request no earlier than 90 days prior to your event.
3. We cannot honor every request, as we must follow a set of guidelines set by Marine Corps Public Affairs. A few of the most important guidelines are:
   - The event (our performance, if it is part of a bigger event) must be free and open to the public.
   - No other Military Musical Unit can be performing for the same event (may be waived).
   - Our Performance must be a featured event, not background music.
